Kris McIlvenna, chef and owner of Greenbriar Inn and Catering, owns and operates Wildbeary Huckleberry Products from the historical Greenbriar Inn in downtown Coeur d Alene. Purchased in 2001, Kris and husband, Bob, have expanded the line to include a number of huckleberry products with food applications such as pepper jellies, mixers, syrups, drink mixes, marinades, sauces, vinegars, pie fillings, pancake mixes and scones. Kris' professionally training in Florence, Italy, plus her love for the northwest huckleberries shows in each bite of Wildbeary Huckleberry products!
