Wildbeary offers one of the largest lines of All Natural Huckleberry products in the industry, and certainly THE most exclusive in terms of product range and quality... and we ONLY DO HUCKLEBERRY.

We also specialize in creating huckleberry goodies for the food service sector, with some products available in gallon containers (four gallons per case).

Huckleberry products currently used in food service applications include: pepper jellies, dessert toppings, mixers, syrups, drink mixes, sauces, vinegars, pie fillings, scones, and pancake mixes. Plus our unique "sugar infused" huckleberries are widely distributed in bulk for the chocolate shop, granola - trail mix, and dry baking and dessert mix industries.

Wildbeary huckleberry products are currently found in more than 500 fine gourmet foods shops, delis, restaurants, and gift shops across the United States, with concentration in the Pacific Northwest.

Over the last eight years that the McIlvenna’s have owned and operated Wildbeary, they have won numerous awards and honors:

• February 2003: Wildbeary earned special notice in NASFT magazine for new products information.

• June 2003: Wildbeary was chosen by the First Lady of Idaho as the only product to represent the State of Idaho at the National Governor’s Association seminar for Governors Spouses, Assistants and Residence Managers held in Little Rock, Arkansas.

• November 2003: Wildbeary was one of four Idaho Specialty food products chosen by Amazon.com for their new gourmet foods web presence.

• June 2005: Chosen by Idaho Junior Miss and Idaho Dental Association to represent their State as a gift item provided to conventioneers.

• February 2006: Chosen by Idaho Industries in Boise to represent Idaho products at a showcase to Legislators in Washington D.C.

• November 2007: Featured on TV in six-state area for a program called “Huckleberries for the Holidays”.
